INTERACTIVE, RECLAIMED SIGN

I’ve utilized recycled materials for a majority of the components in this interactive, solar-powered advertising sign. When illuminated, the LED-powered reclaimed letter “T” glows from within, directing the viewers attention to the wilderness diorama contained inside.

A PIR sensor is used to activate sounds of nature. When viewers approach to inspect the tiny world within, the motion detector triggers an audio track of crickets, birds and a babbling brook. BUT NATURE LOVERS, BEWARE! 3D-printed black bears lurk deep in the fauna. Plant your trees, then make a speedy and safe escape!
